POST: /items/{item_id}/save

post https://api.gathercontent.com/items/{item_id}/save

Saves an Item with the newly updated data. It expects a valid configuration structure, otherwise the save request will not be accepted by the API.

Not supported in upgraded Content Editor accounts
Accounts that have been upgraded to the new Content Editor will not be able to create items using this endpoint and will receive a 400 error.
